Event Documentation
Mechanics
Every single tick, there is a one in XX chance for an event to trigger, with it being a small chance of it being a "rare" event.
Once an event is selected, it is executed, causing various effects in the game world.
Random events
Error code -1 hunt
An event that can randomly play out where error code -1 asks a random player on the server if they want to see their face. Upon asking so he spawns into the world, walking towards the player whom he asked to see his face. Once he gets close enough, he will enter his "hunt" state.
Conditions: Error code -1 spawns, has a low chance to do this instead
Effects: A targetting error code -1
Warning Signs: He says so in chat.
The Audience
The audience, quite unusual for the events catagory but due to the difference in its spawning nature, it has been decided to keep them here.
This event starts a timeframe of unknown length, where entities called the audience can spawn. These entities look like a normal steve skin, just observe and watch, kind of like an audience.

Conditions: Player is not in a cave, it must be day, the broken command block must be shattered, and the player's insanity must be high
Effects: Makes The Audience be able to spawn for a short period of time

Firestarter
The Firestarter is different from other events, as there it actually turns into an entity when the game's config is set to "hardmode".
When this event triggers, a firestarter will appear somewhere near the player. The firestarter will then start to chase the player, setting fire to anything it touches.
In normal mode, the firestarter will just appear as a normal fire block.
Conditions: Player is not in a cave
Effects: A firestarter appears

Meteor
A fake bedrock meteor falls from the sky, making an explosion sound that can be heard from quite far away. The meteor causes a small crater upon impact with a piece of fake bedrock in there. This fake bedrock, just like all other fake bedrock, can be destroyed by the player.
Conditions: Player is not in a cave, it must be night, and the core stage must be 2 (HARDMODE: it must be more than 2 and not 5)
Effects: A meteor will fall from the sky and

Spawn bat
A bat just decides to manifest out of thin air... Or did something else decide that for it?
Conditions: None
Effects: Spawns a bat

Spawn enderman
An enderman has decided to the player a friendly visit. Even if the worlds' spawns are disabled. This can be very useful for crafting specific items.
Conditions: None
Effects: Spawns an enderman

Random effect
This event gives you a random effect from the table to the left for a specific duration [went idk these feel free to do them sometime].
Conditions: None
Effects: Gives the player a random effect

Whoosh
This event plays a wooshing sound effect, subtitled "HE IS COMING". No screenshot due to this being a purely audiotary event.
Conditions: None
Effects: Plays whoosh sound

Screen shake
This event minimizes the game window and shakes it around a bunch, often accompanied by a flashing red overlay. No screenshot due to difficulty taking a screenshot.
Conditions: None

Hotbar text
This event is pretty self-explanitory, except that it has an 84% chance to display "Help" (like in the portrait) and a 16% chance to display a bunch of obfuscated red characters.
Conditions: None

Black Cursor
This event adds a black square to the players' HUD, that follows the movement the player's cursor makes except faster. This poses no actual danger to the player, but it can be quite annoying.

On Fire
This event sets the player on fire for roughly one second. Pretty self-explanitory.
Conditions: None
Effects: You're on fire!

Push
This event summons a fully black, player-like entity for a brief moment that pushes the player away from it at quite the pace, this entity can usually not be seen due to it only appearing for a split second and it usually appearing in a direction the player is not looking at. This event can be quite disorienting and is notorious for killing players bridging in the nether for example. Be wary.
Conditions: None
Effects: Ranges from mild disorientation to death.

Suffer
This event is mostly audiotory. It starts off by giving the player blindness for ~20 seconds and plays a bass sound effect. During the period of blindness, a bunch of disturbing sounds can be heard, such as ominous whispers, howling creatures and other unsettling noises. Once the blindness effect wears off, the sounds fade away like nothing happened.
Conditions: None
Effects: Anxiety and decreased awareness.

Billy join (accident)
In this event Billy will join your game on accident. He proceeds to apologise and saying he didn't mean to disturb you, followed by him leaving again.
Conditions: None

Fake Crash
This event, also sometimes called "red window", initially mimics a game crash by covering the window by a semi-transparent GUI. When the player closes said GUI, for example by pressing escape, the window hides itself for a few seconds. It returns shortly, followed by a loud noise and the screen covered in red with black squares as seen in the screenshot. Afterwards, the game returns to normal.
Conditions: None

Curse of vanishing
This event causes the player's currently held item to gain the curse of vanishing enchantment. This means that when the player dies, the item will disappear instead of dropping on the ground. This event is one of the only ones that actually directly affects the players' items.
Conditions: Player has a reputation lower than 2500
Effects: Possible loss of item

Structural Events
Bedrock Cross Manifestation
A large bedrock cross spontaneously generates in a loaded area, floating somewhere high up in the sky.
Height: 15-45 blocks
Side Effects: None
Limit: Until they block out the sky.
Small Room Manifestation
A small room, loooking like it was plucked straight out of someone's starter house just appears out of nowhere. The room contains a furnace, crafting table and a torch on the wall. The room is made out of oak planks, and there's walls on two sides.
Side Effects: Might destroy blocks that are in the way, mostly harmless.
Limit: No upper limit to the amount of rooms has been found.
Jailed
A small jail cell appears around the player. It consists of stone bricks and iron bars, and the player can just break out. Mainly an inconvenience.
Size: 3x5x3 blocks

My House
Another room, slightly bigger and fully enclosed appears. This room looks like a small box base, furnished with a furnace, crafting table, classic red bed and a chest. The chest is filled with 27 err.item items. There's a sign above the door saying "My house".
Side Effects: Might destroy blocks that are in the way, mostly harmless.
Limit: No upper limit to the amount of rooms has been found.
Netherrack Cross Manifestation
A small cross made out of netherrack just appears out of nowhere. The cross is made out of netherrack. Nothing further to note.
Side Effects: Might destroy blocks that are in the way, mostly harmless.
Limit: No upper limit to the amount of crosses has been found.
Bedrock Altar Manifestation
A fake bedrock altar appears. This altar looks somewhat similar to old herobrine summoning altars you might have seen in old minecraft rumors. The fake bedrock gets destroyed upon player interaction, so no actual permanent bedrock is placed in the world.
Side Effects: Might destroy blocks that are in the way, mostly harmless.
Limit: No more than three altars have been found near the player at a time.
Sign Placement
A sign appears somewhere near the player. The sign usually contains a message asking for help, presumably written by the lost souls. Messages found on the sign include "Can you help us?", and "HELPHELPHELP" over and over again.
Side Effects: No side effects of note.
Limit: No known limit to the amount of signs that can appear.
Bedrock Pillar Manifestation
A tall bedrock pillar with redstone torches at the top appears. This pillar is, just like the other bedrock structures, made out of fake bedrock. The pillar is 14 blocks of bedrock tall, and has a redstone torch on each side at the top.
Side Effects: No side effects of note.
Limit: No known limit to the amount of pillars that can appear.
Place an error-cobblestone
An event that can randomly play out, where it will place an error-cobblestone block on the surface. When a player stands on this block, They are instantly teleported to a dimension called "lost forever". The block dissapears upon being stepped on, making entrance to this dimension sparse. Players are automatically teleported out of the dimension after around 1 minute of being in it.
Conditions: The closest player to the surface of where the spawn entity is must be on the surface.
Effects: None
Warning Signs: None
Place nethernack
An event, where it places a netherrack block 45 blocks above the surface.
Conditions: Player is not in a cave
Effects: Places netherrack
Warning Signs: None
Water Tower
A water source block is spawned somewhere in the sky near the player, flowing down to form a pillar of water.
Height: ~100 blocks
Side Effects: Possible destruction of farms
Limit: None
Scripted Events
Error code -1 jumpscare
A shadowy figure, later revealed to be an alternate form of Error code -1, reveals itself near the player, locking the players' camera to it. Several unsettling and loud sounds play, including distorted breathing and static noise, culminating in a sudden loud screech before the figure vanishes and control is returned to the player. This is accomodated by a red overlay on the players' screen and several messages flashing on the screen, such as "Help us" and "You aren't welcome".
Side Effects: Might give a severe heart attack to the player in real life
Frequency: 1 time per world
Entrance
A series of messages appear in the chat from the sender _, which we know is Error_code, which ramp up in speed. These messages include some failed attempts at commands and killing the player via code, before finally closing off with error code saying "Good luck".
Side Effects: IT appears
Frequency: 1 time per world
Countdown
A rumbling sound slowly builds up, and Nothing_Left warns the player, saying stuff like "GET INSIDE NOW". Red text messages appear from the sender _, also known as Error_code, saying things like "THIS IS OUR WORLD" and "LEAVE". These effects intensify as the event progresses. Later on, more effects appear such as screen distortion, a red overlay on the screen and words briefly flashing on the screen. Then, just as suddenly as it started, the event comes to an end.
